wedding season is starting to wrap up…
22 weddings down, two more to go.
this was a challenging year, as BAMphoto started
to truly blossom this season! i feared all year that
that my previous couples would wish i had shot their
wedding during this growing phase, but i was also pleasantly
reminded by those couples that they still love going through
their wedding photos, and love seeing me grow as an artist.
i might be the most paranoid person i know…
i had been worrying about something that wasn’t even
happening! seriously, i have got to get it together. yeah.
stat.
i digress,
…so what i was getting at was that wedding season is wrapping
up, and it was a challenging year AND one of the things
that can recharge me in an instant are the walks we take
fiona on in the woods. we go to the same woods a lot, but
it’s a damn good woods. i can’t imagine tiring of it, and this is
coming from the girl who changes her logo and website once a year.
it’s seriously THAT good. please, go there. and bring
your dog, we welcome anyone to helping our pups take good + long
naps, but really…WE BEG YOU TO COME!
…it also doesn’t hurt that it’s wildly beautiful, early morning and
sunset. …we are generally there around 11am-1pm, hehe!
[i also did a gnarly engagement shoot there, CHECK IT OUT]
mmmhmmm, those walks….
i love when she stops and waits for me if i’m behind, it’s
my favorite thing in the world right now!
it’s probably equal on an annoyance level as
me habitually choosing the last pages of his books to tell him
a story that just can’t wait. sorry my love!
…it’s also a nice transition from puppy bites + scratches, and
having to throw her butt in the no fun zone.
annnnd i love watching how gentle he is with her, too.

oh, if you’re as interested in how much fiona’s grown
as i am [and how freakin’ cute it is,]
here is a little somethin’ somethin’

I used to live really close to Eberwhite…it’s so lovely back there. I miss it…thanks for capturing it so beautifully!
